Taking care of our mental health is just as important as physical health. Mental Well-Being can help to reduce stress, increase awareness of our emotions, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Quieting our thoughts is good medicine. Practicing mindfulness is being present in the moment, disciplining our thoughts, and controlling our feelings.
