Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER: Of the People; For the People and With the People.
Most people agree, being selfish sparks negative thoughts. However, when it comes to self-care, being selfish is a good thing. Selfishness is caring for yourself, taking responsibility for your actions. Examples of good selfishness are healthy eating, exercising, and worshiping God. Selfish people accept only the best for their Mind, Body, and Soul. “A Motto of ReDO fitness”
