“I am not dumb now.” Saying these five words in 1930 empowered Helen Keller to feel good about herself. Feeling good about yourselves is sometimes easier said than done. ReDO fitness is helping people feel good about themselves, Mind-Body and Soul. Everybody needs a little help sometimes. Mrs. Helen Keller learned to love and accept herself, and so shall we. “We are not dumb now”, so live and feel good about yourself; today.
