GOD gave the world JESUS CHRIST and HE is FAITHFUL to preserve repenting sinners.  Jesus Christ comes to HIS people and delivers them from death and damnation.

Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER:  Of the People; For the People and With the People.

“Keep It Real” has always been important.  One reason for this is that the world becomes flat, gray and dull when people give into conformity.  People are comfortable with playing the game of follow the follower. When people repeat what everyone else is doing, they have no convictions of their own. The game to play is follow the LEADER.  S.O.T.V. ReDO fitness helps folks focus on following the Leader and delivering results.  Pastor Chad says, Keep It Real.
