Scientific studies have proven that people who feel socially isolated or think they do not fit in, struggle with mental health. On the other hand, those who feel socially connected will still struggle, but it is not as hopeless. ReDO fitness Ministry pours the Grace of GOD into lives we love and serve by increasing our neighbor’s level of social connection. Pastor Chad says bring home to ReDO those who feel they do not matter. GOD will protect them, love them, and improve their mental health.
