Saying Thank You pays off.   It has been said people who speak and feel thankful sleep better and feel better.  Saying Thank You is a powerful way to acknowledge another person's value.  People who say thank you have increased energy, have less depression, and gain more self-confidence in their abilities.   Saying Thank You is simple to do, and it's free.  So, say Thank You, and expect the payback to be fantastic.

There is a story that the American patriot Nathan Hale's last words were, "I regret that I have but one life to give for my country."   No one knows for sure if Nathan said this, but all Americans can agree.  Last words matter for several reasons.  For instance, there is the death bed confession and those stories about the afterlife. Your life matters; live Life without regrets. Our words and actions have a substantial impact on people.

Using polite language is essential. Some folks have either forgotten that or they don’t care.  Some people even think politeness is old-fashioned. But it's not!  A person with polite manners, including the way they speak, is a person to be respected. Here are a few polite words to help us practice: Say Hello! Say Thank you! Say Please. Say You're welcome! Say God Bless you! Say Congratulations, Say, Excuse me! And my personal favorite “Best of Success.” Practice politeness often.

What happens when people stop caring?  Good Things Can Happen. For example, when socializing with friends, family, or others, stop caring what they may think about you and what you do.  When people stop overthinking in a social situation, good things happen.  In this sense, not caring is a good thing.
