Opportunities and challenges come in all shapes and sizes, from very tiny to very large. The same is true with the people we love and serve at S.O.T.V ReDO fitness. There is no such thing as an opportunity without challenges or challenges without opportunities.  The larger the challenge is, the bigger the opportunities are.  Someone once said, “I would rather fail trying than to succeed at doing nothing.”  ReDO fitness prepares the Hastings community with fit skills and experiences to better meet the challenges of the world. Pastor Chad reminds the folks to keep trying, “it is not the challenges we face, but how we react to them.”

Old Dog New Tricks

Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER:  Of the People; For the People and With the People.

Learning is not always easy. It’s like physical fitness; it takes perseverance, diligence, hard work, and ambition. When learning becomes uncomfortable, some people will stop and exclaim, “well, you know, you can’t teach old dogs new tricks.”  Pastor Chad promotes, “Keep learning anyway.” Remember, people are not canines, and education is not a bag of tricks. Many times, people look at others as they think they are, instead of seeing people in the LIGHT of what they are in the EYES of GOD. A SOUL! Educated Christians lead the way in seeing the SHINING SOUL, rather than a person’s lifestyle, gender, age, religion or nationality.

ENOUGH NUMBING

Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER:  Of the People; For the People and With the People.

Hamlet, Act 1, Scene 3 says, “This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man."  The world is full of good advice and catch phrases people use as excuses to live weak in ways they want to. “To thine own self” keeps people small and unfocused. Like saying, “This is who I am, and I will do what I want to do.” The TRUTH is people avoid the reality of self by numbing out on food, alcohol, work, shopping, and other bad habits or addictions. ENOUGH with the numbing! Come Get back In Touch with The TRUTH!  DO you want something different? DO you know someone who wants something different? Then DO something different! Pastor Chad invites you to COME HOME to S.O.T.V. ReDO fitness. It is time for Stronger Minds, Bodies, and Souls.

The world needs safe places like S.O.T.V ReDO fitness Church .  There are so many things to love about ReDO.  Dynamic faith experiences, diverse networking opportunities, and a world class exercise facility.  Pastor Chad believes each person who comes to ReDO is here for a reason.  We have been given a great responsibility to encourage and support the folks of Hastings.  Helping people to be the best they can be, stronger Mind-Body-Soul. “Even if they do not believe in Jesus Christ as Savior; ESPECIALLY if they do not believe in Jesus Christ as Savior”.  Working out together brings people together for the common good of community. During a workout, people have  conversations and  share a healthy experience. This social engagement, as Ben Franklin said, keeps the Hastings Community “Healthy-Wealthy and Wise”.  Do you know someone – a child, neighbor, or friend who is looking to be “Healthy-Wealthy and Wise”? BE the difference maker and bring them to ReDO fitness. Pastor wants to get to know them too.

SINCERE APPRECIATION

Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER:  Of the People; For the People and With the People.

Someone said, “forget the flattery, give honest, sincere appreciation”. That is good advice.  God also gives good advice; He says, “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give and it shall be given unto you … for with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Luke 36:37-38 Pastor Chad says, “Think about it”. People need sincere appreciation and to be encouraged to BE the BEST they can BE.   People do not like it if we treat them poorly. If we are quick to judge and condemn others and fail to forgive. We will receive that same treatment back even more. It is a logical conclusion about human behavior, we get back what we give out.  GIVE OFTEN and GIVE YOUR BEST.

In the world of chaotic reality in which we are all immersed comes simple, fast and easy help. Training the Mind-Body-Soul for the way we Live, Work and Play.
